FAQ for EnRoute lenses

Most frequent questions and answers

Yes. All EnRoute lenses come complete with the standard Hoya glare filter. The glare filter is not just an anti-reflective coating, it also has dust and water repelling properties.

Yes and no. A varifocal lens is designed to give you distance and near vision correction on the same lens. You also get a bonus intermediate area between the two zones which is usually quite small on all varifocal lenses. EnRoute progressive is designed to enhance the distance and intermediate zones (road ahead and dashboard). The reading area on a dedicated driving progressive is always slightly smaller than found on a standard varifocal design.

Yes. Sensity Dark lenses will fully activate inside a vehicle.

If you struggle when driving at night, a specialist driving coating is definitely something worth considering.
