Eye test refunds

Have you spent £200 or more on a single order?
You may be eligible for a refund on your eye test!

1. It does not matter where you had your eyes tested.

2. You can upload a purchase receipt/invoice from any optician within the UK.

3. If you have ordered from us, and you have spent £200 or more, you may be eligible for a refund on your eye test up to the value of £25. All you have to do now is check the criteria below and, if you believe you are eligible, upload your document and we will review it.

Please check your document

Please ensure you have checked that your receipt/invoice is itemised, clearly states that you have purchased an eye test and is no greater than two years old.

Please also check that you are eligible for a refund. You must have spent £200, or greater, on qualifying items in a single order and you must be applying for a refund within 30 days from the date of your Simplespex Ltd invoice.

What happens next?

After you have submitted this form, we will assess your document and, if successful, issue a refund within 14 business days.

What if I am not successful?

We will contact you to inform you if your application for a refund has not been successful and will provide an explanation as to why.
